As you can tell it is nothing like we remember!

This is the 2007 Hei Hei which was lauched in Austria this week. Clearly full sus but I don't know if it is Ti or Alu.

Scandium, supposedly. I wouldn't touch it with a very long bargepole - everything (or almost everything) that's wrong with modern bikes.

Agreed. What's the point in badging it as a hei hei?
 
my mate curly saw the retro bikes at the specialized stand at SSMM & asked if they had an epics (steel lugged carbon frames 88-92) & the specialized rep pointed to a 05 XC FS bike. names get re-used even when they have little to no correspondence to the older bikes.. even more amusing when the reps have no knowledge of the previous bikes ;)
 
I read that Specialized are launching a limited edition of a steel stumpjumper .
 
What is up with those Kona graphics?? That font is one ugly script.. :shock:
