Hardtail steel frame suggestions

The photo is crap, millions times more adorable looking in the flesh, just escorted the build to the bright lights of the garage, it really is a stunning frame / build (althouth the seat posted needed reaming, must have slipped through QA)

I spent ages looking at dekerf (too expensive), curtis (might as well buy a retro kona steel frame), On One (ok, but too common / stigmatised), and other rare breads, until I opted for the middle ground of the Pace, and the fact it was brand new frame.

You will NOT be dissapointed

Kev

Definitely a nice looking bike Kev
All the reviews in CRC say the same thing about the seat tube, guessing you were maybe one of the reviewers?
Guessing that they are on sale as they only have xl at the moment.

Balls!, I must have got the last large, and no I aint one of the reviewers but also noticed everyone has had the same problem !!!

Just tried to find that brand new 19" curtis frame that was going for £300, but looks like it has been sold ?

Other options in your price range, and keeping with the rare theme......

On-One 456 available at £99 if there's one left in your size.

And for that price you could get it powdercoated somewhere else in your own colour if there's not one there you like and still be in pocket and spend more on the rest of the bike too,

I've absolutely nothing against On One bikes and this is a bargain but don't think it's the one for me - nothing about it jumps out and grabs me.

Thanks for all the suggestions...

Curtis - out of my price range new and seem pretty hard to find used (which I guess is a tribute to the quality)

Dialled - Good value but just not a huge fan - think the decals put me off!

Rock Lobster - Great bargain but doesn't do it for me

Stanton Slackline - mmmmmmmmmmmmm a definite contender

I'm a bit of a fussy bugger ;)
