WOW indeed, but I need her gone.
The horizontal measurement from the centre of the seatpost to the centre of the stem's top cap (assuming the steerer had been cut) is around 56.5cm. I reckon if you're an inch or two either side of 5'10" then it should be fine.

Buy it now, before i slice a kidney out and ebay it
Very cheap and not many about anymore due to the ridiculous original RRP
