How have you addressed the issue of the front mudguard support and disc caliper?

My Mrs' bike is running the same long P2 fork and the caliper is plumb in line with the mudguard support braze-on

I love how quick and nimble it is!

@unkleGsif I have a 1" tube to offset it away from the caliper. It came with the fender set. It's like a fat washer. I can take a photo later today and post it. I had to adjust the support bars accordingly. Works awesome and looks slick!
