In 1990 I walked into a bike shop in Malvern and brought a new Clockwork.22 years later , I walked into a bike shop in Malvern and ordered a new Orange 5 …..it came today :cool:

Been out on the Verderers trail tonight to bed the brakes in ;) thought it was great to ride, then I pointed it on a technical downhill and was amazed just how good it was - and Quick !

spec is :


Orange 5 Pro
Performance Pack 2 ( thompson stem, Easton carbon bars and Rockshox dropper)
Maxle rear end
Hope pack with floating rotors
Hope m4 brake upgrade
Gammut chain guard with 2X1
Fox 32 RLC

finished in Mandarin Orange

very pleased with it

if i ever have the dosh one of these is definitely on my list!! They just seem to (me anyway) the best all round do it all bike? Plus the design is simple but just so effective.

love it! and like the colour too. :cool:
 
I'm not really into full suss bikes.

But there is something about the five. Quite fancy one myself. :LOL:

What's your background in relation to suspension? Many previous bouncy bikes, and how are you finding this?
I think the last full bounce I had a shot on was a mates Turner(?) back in '97. I'm sure they have advanced somewhat since then.
