Can't beat a bit of bike bling!

So, got the bike geared with full M738 XT, a quite brilliant groupset in my opinion, both aesthetically and functionally.
Still thinking of swapping over the flite, but the bombers look ace. Just need to cut the steerer and I’m away. Love these Hope seat collars too, wish I had bought them ages ago they are quality pieces of work.
Might ditch the Kore stem for a X Lite fly too – any opinions?
I know there are hundreds of Zaskars on here but this one is mine and I like it!

Looking good! The bombers are a nice match for the frame colour.
If you're unhappy with the Kore I'd swap it for an X Lite - the Kore may be more close to the original spec, but your build hasn't taken that direction. I guess I'd focus on getting it riding the way you want it to, but it's easy for me to say that as it's the way my own build is heading!
