Done the trig point/chute so many times. . .

Nah, its do-able.

I did 10 years DH racing at National level & even done some Europeans & Worlds in years gone by & done some really awesome mega stuff in the past, so a trickle down there cant be TOO bad. . .

It'll be fine. . . just zig-zag down.

Gonna give it a go in a week or two :D

Looked at this today, on a DH bike, with full face helmet and body arnour it looks quite doable. It's not the angle of descent but the length / startign height that's the real issue. Stopping mid way will be quite difficult, would have to kick the bike sideways for that, but it's loose shale so I'd plan on doinf it in one hit. There did seem to be a straightish diagonal route doewn from a sensible start point leading directly to the point where there is road access.

Don't try it on your own, I think you need helpers to stop the traffic if required.

It's a long way down.

Down here seems doable or the diagonal route starts from the bit of grass centre top of photo.

So far I've seen lots with people saying it's do-able but I've not seen any one actually do it!!! The weather has been perfect, so what's stopping you?
