Seriously though that's a pretty good idea. :) You should do that.

Body shops usually have carbon glue too.. Same with some car mechanics.

No North London. More chance of winning the lotto than seeing a boat. I have got some 5 minute epoxy. But that is rubbish to. I have no luck with glues
 
What type of 5 minute epoxy have you used? I work in carbon composites and our engineering shop use 'Double Bubble'. I can drop you a couple of sachets in the post if you want to give it a try? PM me your address if interested.
