Hi,
I'm trying to find a frame, or possibly bike/partial bike, for audax use as follows:
Narrow (not oversize) steel tubing - 531, 531C, 631 etc.
Seat tube 53cm centre to centre, horizontal top tube 55cm centre to centre, 130mm rear dropout.
Mounting lugs for rack and mudguards.
Brake clearance for upto 28mm tyres, foot clearance between pedal and front guard.
Threaded head/quill stem.
I'd like to build it up as a compact double/9 speed rear Veloce if I can afford it. I'm thinking maybe mid-late 90's frame?
I've seen lots of "nearly" frames, but nothing that ticks all the above. Am I being too picky or does someone have just the job?
