Such a nice afternoon I came home early and got a couple of laps of Hicks Lodge blue route in before dark. 2x24mins at Rob race-pace, no stopping....it's a start. Suppose I should build up to 4 laps , and although its not hilly, and all big ring, it's pretty relentless with no 'rest' stretches.
