Due to Lou74 being out of the country and Cannondale King being injured I will need some help with guiding the routes for the National meet. I need willing volunteers to help herd the riders round the routes. The more people that know where we should be going the better. This is really important as the guy at the back needs to know which direction the front of the ride has gone.

So, I am proposing a pre-ride of the routes on Sunday March 11th. Usual spot usual time at Brandon Country Park.

Usual spot for 10:30am start.

Location:
Brandon Country Park Visitor Centre
Bury Road
Brandon
Suffolk

Right, me and Dan are actually over Thetford on the 11th showing some of our road club riders around. So we should be able to tie in somewhere along the line.

will see what day the missus has off, although I'd probably get lost in the car-park.

There is a thread on STW about the conditions at Thetford, apparently it's very muddy at the minute.

So that is why we are doing a pre-ride of the routes? Nothing like careful preparation to make the event go smoothly. As Mark said the routes we have planned avoid the heavy traffic areas that most visitors zero in on when they visit Thetford Forest.
