heres my beast, this was taken when she arrived off the flatbed after winning her on the bay, shes called betty, shes been tidied up, my first ever MPV :D

mines coming on close to 200k has had new seatbelts, mirrors, full overhaul runs great, cant forget the wheeltrims, little bit expensive on insurance as i am only in my early twenties :D

No chance. :LOL: Always maintained the outriggers, and the rest of the chassis. Waxoyld, and painted regularly. Rust happens to any chassis that you don't look after.

Never had ANY serviceability problems with the her (unlike Porsche 911s - Geerman technology!!), and pretty reasonable to look after (except fuel!) OK, the battery drained once, but she's on an overnight conditioner.

...and, she doesn't smell of glue, OR leak. If there's one thing owning a TVR for 5 years has taught me is, NEVER listen to Richard Hammond!
