Some progress today. Fitted the front and rear mechs. Wheels finished with tyres and cassette fitted. Rear cantis fitted. Chainstay protector fitted. Seat post clamp tidied up.
Hopefully collecting the stem and forks Saturday morning after their fresh new colour scheme so that building can begin with ernest over the weekend. Won't get the cranks and brake levers until early next week but plenty to be getting on with.

Got the forks and stem back today. Amazing job done, the colour is so rich and the shine is deep and smooth. To get the best finish possible they used a matt powder coat followed by a clear lacquer. The local company I used are not familiar with doing bike parts, the masking instructions should have been clearer but all sorted after a few minutes with a dremel.

Congrats!! So freakin cool you got your SledgeHammer. I will get mine someday as well. There was one available locally on Craigslist this past summer that I should of snatched up, for cheap too. However it was a 21" and my bikes have to be riders. Simply cannot wait to see how yours turns out! The fork and stem look great and you picked the right colors IMO.
