Hi guys, I am new here but not to MTB'ing. I have an awsome (I think so) retro bike (and am old enough to remember these the first time around!) I have had for some time but wanna pick your brains as to exactly what frame it is. It is deffo a PACE and I think an RC20/30?? It has XTR and XT throughout, Hope discs, Race face cranks, Marzocchi 03 bombers and STF stem Its very responsive and I have hammered it everywhere. Keen to get a handle on what people think of it as a whole, it needs a bit of work as seat post is stuck fast and need new brake pads apart from that its bang on!!

Pic attached could you guys take a look and fill me in on frame details, current rough price etc. I am a trail leader so have upgraded to a very nice CUBE Fritz but still love this one.

Either a 1992 Karakoram or a 1993 Ricochet in that paint scheme I believe.

Hard to tell from the small picture, but the Karakoram is more common and therefore more likely I'd say.

Hi,

Any ideas on value of this Proflex 955 frame and Girvin Vector 2 forks. Prefer to sell them as a set. I have the manuals and a few shims for the fork as well.

They're well used, have numerous marks on them and the elastomers need changing.

Thanks the heavens it looks too big for me. I'd suggest that it's comparable to an Alan of the same era, if it was mine I'd be thinking £5-600 for frame&fork, but I could be waaaaay off the mark there, not least because I'm besotted with them

Hope someone else has some more substantial advice!

I'd give you a ton for it if it fits...
