WTD: Budget front wheel [done]

Hi,
I'm looking for a front wheel, 32+hole, silver, quick-release, suitable for cantilever brakes and 28mm tyres. £30 or less posted possible?
 
Hi Craig,
the Mavic looked a little corroded/dirty in the photos. Will it polish up? Plus it's more anodized than silver - I have a Mavic 192 on the rear which is silver.
