cut it off, get it reamed out, and put a new post in it.

beautiful looking frame. i am seduced by the lack of parts perhaps. it looks like it needs a build of low key black and silver parts that don't take the attention from the frame
 
Get to a frame builder, bring whatever passes in Finland for choccy Hobnobs*, spend the money and get that post out. WORTH IT!

wow. what a beauty! love u-brakes too! a Euclid groupset could be nice. i have a 1986 Colnago Master mtb with full Shimano group & to my disbelief, i managed to find a "Ernesto Colnago" panto'd seatpost, which matched diameter in a great bike shop in the same town i got the bike!! try to post it soon.
