Syntace stand by their products too. My original Dekerf, 3 years ago, came with an F99 stem from '03 that was subject to a recall. I sent it back to Germany, and they sent me a new one! They even removed the ti bolts and sent them back with a note about being so careless... :LOL:

is it a v brake frame where studs have been removed
hence the disc brake support addition and cable guides for rear disc brake ?

It is a bit strange ... according to the person who I bought it from and he was the original owner, it was specified like this from Merlin. Quite why they didn't but hydraulic cable stops on is beyond me.
