Hi there, looking for a frame on behalf of a friend. He's 5'8/9 so ideally 55cm. It MUST have horizontal dropouts, as it's going to be set up as a fixed gear bike! He's looking to paint it himself as a mini project so condition isn't very important, providing it's structurally sound. Don't mind a couple of dents etc but nothing major! It doesn't have to be great quality, something relatively cheap and cheerful! He doesn't want to pay very much, so maybe 501 tubing or similar? Thanks in advance!
