Thanks swos. It is a nice bike and I will genuinely be sorry to see it go. 
I have had it through thick and thin over the last ten years.
I have bled the brakes and now the levers have a nice firm feel. I have also ordered a new seat post and found the springs that were originally supplied with the fork so the new owner can choose the right spring for their weight.
