looks like a Reynolds transfer on seat tube?
early Shimano 600 rocks it looks great and works well, it has yet to be 'discovered', you can get 600 brake calipers from the same era and hubs I believe if you want the full groupset?
I had a NOS set of 600'Arabesque' a while ago and I sold it ,now I wish I'd kept it!

The frame material is just marked as Chromoly, not Reynolds, nor does it say 'butted' anywhere either, still it's not bad for nowt, eh!

Judging from the badges and lugs it looks like an early or mid-80s bike. The headbadge is a bit odd though, haven't seen one like that before.

What is the decal at the top of the seat tube?

I'll post a pic of the decal on the seat tube later.

The head tube badge says 'designed by Ernie Clements'

Well took her out on a ride, no major damage, I just need to source a LH crankarm, as the one on it's a bit bent...

Actually I may as well go the whole hog & get a crankset, the rings have a slight wobble to them too

Wanted section here I come!
