1997 GT STS 2 FINISHED (AGAIN!!) @ 28.10.12

wow, if only all retrobike wives could be so cool, mine really doesnt understand why i have 8 bikes and im looking for more

Pray'd'law you changed that LX crank out. you're a lucky guy having a wife banning you from selling that bike.

Reckon this looks amazing. Even better with a NOS GT Thermoplastic bar though. Same making as the STS. PM me if you're interested. ;)

I'll give the bars a miss I reckon as the more bars and stem are the ones that originally came with the bike. Cheers though...

Here's a REALLY big pic if anyone is interested in looking at details...

that thing is amazing. nice bike. when i was a messenger in seattle, on of the guys i worked with had one fitted with spinnergy rev-x's. that thing made me drool.

This is probably one of the only few, minimal tricked out bike I can't stop looking at. I'm at the midst of restoring my Brother's STS-DH and yours serves as an inspiration to me! I love how everything goes on the bikes, vey classy there my man!

cheers, i'm a big fan of bikes with just 1 or 2 colours with colour matched ano bits. I like to keep it simple and I'll usually powdercoat parts or get them re anodised to match if I can't find the part I need. All makes for a more integrated look and feel... :D

Thought I'd just lucked into a pair of Fournales, so I could do something similar with my STS-2; turns out that the guy has them on his web site, but not actually got any, he said he is trying to get more in stock! Well, I wish him luck with that.

donny, your bike is stunning.
