Pretty pleased with that tonight, going on the turbo later and have been using some special tea which seems to have worked ;)

I'm happy I have cycled 238 miles in January, that's probaly 200 miles more than I normally would, if not more.

That coupled with me being on the sick at work means I'm eating less and burning good calories, rather than sat in a transit van eating cakes and pasties :)

February's aim is to stay alive and keep doing the same thing, maybe get to 15st 7lb if possible, though I can only see how my body changes. I'm not doing anything bar eating less and cycling little rides each day.

I still have a fat belly sitting down, but standing up its quite a bit different from last months 16st 13lb....I have to be losing it from somewhere.

Good wee run tonight (3.5m) plus yesterday's 4 miler, which wasn't quite as good. Back in the running groove.

Just managed a half hour on the turbo tonight, was bushed going to try a ride out tomorrow night if its no to cold.
