Macretro fat camp

Reached my January target :) , February is <82.5kg doing much the same( 3runs an week/bike to work/ few long bikes) might try to get a few swims in anaw.

RetroFrank - 99.0kg - gained 1kg in 24 hours!! - so this should really be starting weight - salad and fruit yesterday - beer weekends only.

RetroFrank - 99.0kg - gained 1kg in 24 hours!! - so this should really be starting weight - salad and fruit yesterday - beer weekends only.

Clubby - 90.3kg. Lost the holiday gain ( was 91.8kg on Friday) and off out on cross bike after breakfast, so back in the right direction.
 
Target for end of Feb: 86.5kg - 1.5 kg loss.

Nice, slow and steady. Need to get back into a regular running schedule after my cold last week.
 
Not bought any scales yet, probably not doing great though, ate a whole huge bag of Doritos and drank a whole Bottle of Baileys last night :LOL:
 
Sounds like a great night in Jimi, will do the scales thing tonight at 6 pm as per last few weeks. Good work folks.

Last week no change, after a huge first week drop......

This week I'm 16st 1lb - 102kg

4lb drop :D

Despite huge pasta bolognese supper yesterday.

Beach riding must burn more calories, but I'm still having basic breakfast, like cereal, or skipping it if I lie in, and just wait for sandwich at dinner.

Home cooked tea, though had an Indians other night, couldn't barely touch it, not used to large meals.
