Follow the link to kona.dk. They have a scanned image from the catologue where you can just about see the decal and reference to the 853 tubing.
Subsequent Hots until 1998 were also 853 (Although none that I have seenappear to have any reynolds decals).

I have everything I need for a complete build and then that is going too. But only after I have netered it in BOTM
