OK, re-weighed in modern kgs...... 80kg on the nose. No idea what that means but in stones and lbs I'm down 5 lbs on last week. Pretty pleased with that considering a lack of excercise. Goes to show ho much shit food I was eating.
My main goal is increases stamina though so need to get some riding in. Clear skies at the moment so might head up to Thrunton for a few hours tonight in the hope of seeing the Northern Lights.
