or just roll it in glitter (anodized bits)

as you said they were only sold for a year ,remember a local ironmongers/tree surgeons/garden machinery center sold astars around
the time of these 96 ish but he only got the d/d framed ones in
interesting looking bike tho ,keep looking out for one ,just to see what like

Ok, couldn't wait so I picked it up tonight and just had a quick look in the mancave and it's a bit of a mixed bag as follows:
It has a 1 1/8" headset
Deore LX F&R mech
XT M739 shifters
XTR V brakes and levers (soon to be for sale)
Sugino Impel 500 crank (soon to be for sale)
Mavic 221s on STX RC hubs
Judy XC fork (soon to be for sale)
My current thoughts are that I will run it rigid and off load some of the components to fund the build.
