that reminds me of the old paper round rack i had on mine when i was a nipper.
the thing a similar sized rack with 2 hooks at the top and a bracket at the bottom that sat on the headtube & rubbed off all the paint when you turned!
it was a pretty cool contraption in its own right for something pretty basic but this bar / basket thing is awesome! i can imagine it on the front of a chrome laced cruiser with a few beers & a couple of pasties in it.

i saw them and immediately thought'd be a ideal for my mum's bike which needs new handlebars and she'd definitely pop her shopping in the front
