I can't join you - doing the Maggies Monster Bike N Hike that weekend. Well i might be if i can free the seat post from my bike that is LOL.
Given up on using brute force and ignorance tonight. Think it's time for chemical warfare LOL Might begin on Wednesday night if i can work out the best way to seal the bike to stop the paint getting ruined when i pour something nasty inside the frame LOL

A lift would be appreciated; i'm not competing; merely pootling down the hill on my MTB I'm also still up for doing the footage and plasters....
