New nitromors.

Its more of a 'stripper' that you'd apply or soak the thing in, then forget about it for a week.. it's quicker with nitromors!

just ;)

It depends on the paint to be honest. It also works better on things you dont want to strip. Accidentally pour some over a cop car and it will strip in seconds. but pour it over something you really want to remove the paint off and it'll take forever. guaranteed!

The environment.. and health 'n safety.. is an ass.

Things were so much better when you could proper hurt yourself with the stuff out of your shed.

New brake fluid is rubbish too, for stripping paint that is.
Paint stripping discs from frosts are pretty good and leave a finish you can prime.

I bought some generic stuff from a hardware shop near me in September (ish) which worked a treat, a little runnier than nitromors but still effective, worth hunting around for perhaps? Hopefully they're not enforcing that Dec 11 ban on selling old stock to harshly....

Yeah it is rubbish stuff.
Also more expensive , wilkinson's have the old stuff ,well in Liverpool they do.

Also i got the aerosol version for £1.00 a tin and yet to try it.

Interested to see if the aersol one works.

Havent had a look round for old stuff yet but i think i may know a place.

Whats the distinct differences on the tin?
