Result! My vote went to the winner - AND my Saracen got FIVE supporters!

Really nice Ritchey, hollister, well deserved BOTM.

Deserving win for the Ritchey it is a cracking bike.

Though in some ways it is a shallow victory as if my Raleigh Peak had a voting button added I feel it would have won hands down ;)

Nice result, congrats to Hollister.

Official December 2011 Bike of The Month Result

1. Hollister's Ritchey Team Comp
2. audi-allroad's Klein Adroit
3. johntomjoe Raleigh Activator

Hollister's Ritchey is the final bike to go through to the bike of The Year poll which is up soon.

Stand to be corrected but think johntomjoe Raleigh Activator is the first time a hi-ten framed bike has troubled the top three. Well done ;)

I remember a thread on here a good while back suggesting (a little unkindly) that Kleins were the yuppies choice of bike...

Unkind? Do you remember their marketing?

If there was one car that 'defined' the Yuppie era it was the Porsche, and Klein made damn sure that they included them in all their adverts... because they were targetting the same demographic.

I'm a bit late to the party -- thanks to everyone who voted for my Grove and congrats to Hollister on a well deserved win. Sadly, the Activator kept me off the podium, but I know which bike I'd rather be riding. ;)
