let me just do a check list here.
chain is short and free of stiff links.
all suspensions linkages are tight and have no lateral movement.
used every chainset/chain/mech/cassette variable i have access too. all of which work fine on other bikes.
the rear wheel is fine axle is straight, freewheel is A OK.
the only thing i'm left with is the cable outer running under the BB being the wrong length.
someone really dropped the ball when they decided to run the rear mech cable under the BB on a full suss.
