Not a lot of retro Scott's on here.... :? I think it is strange as they did some very nice bikes in the late 80's and early 90's!

I nearly finished my 1992 Scott Pro Racing and really would love to see some more Scott's!

I cannot start a thread like this without a bike. So here is my nearly finished one:

My Columbus Max pro-racing in travel outfit in Iran

Did you remove the sticker 'Made in the USA' before entering Iran? ;)

Yep, was back in '99 Very friendly atmosphere and people

the texts on the former US Embassy (or Spy Den as they used to call it ;) ) after it was abandoned during the Hostage crisis in the early 80's (google for operation Eagle claw for more info)

I've owned three over the years, the first is a Scott comp racing Beleived to be 1997/1998 so just about fits under the retro heading.

And the second was a Scott sawtooth mid 90s, looked great but rode badly

Thirdly was a heavy old Scott boulder 1990 that was far too big for me and I broke for spares within a week or so.

I still have the scott comp racing frame and I'm sure she'll see the hills again very soon. :)
