Not going to vote for myself of course..

The Rig I most wanna shred on is [much to the Purists' chagrin I'm sure] yeti-man's Yeti Pro FRO for sure.. It just seems to be the Best of Both Worlds  Old Steel, Big Modern Tyre; love that look..

do people get the magazine if you're not in the UK?

Yup. Quite impressed with the photography in the mag, I might add.

Kirbdug's 1996 GT Zaskar for me, followed closely second by yeti-man's Yeti Pro FRO. The Zaskar has all the parts that tick boxes for me of what would have been (and no doubt still is) a classic XC bike. I like the mod's to the Yeti to allow it to have discs fitted. Very nice job.

"Saracen Tufftrax for me , a bike is to be used imo not an ornament , the saracen looked like the only bike there that was still in regular use,..."

Thank you, Matthews! I only acquired it in mid-October and after a thorough strip, clean, new cables and a few "accessories" it's since clocked up 642 miles! Tarmac and canal/river side paths admittedly, but that's as much down to the age of the rider as of the bike.

The Cindercone almost got my vote, it´s near perfect, but that bottle cage... Sorry, I had to chose just one ;) The Grove it´s awesome, but isn´t the one I´d really want to ride, as they are the Ritchey or the Fat. Finally, the Merlin Mountain looks just right! I also have one, but mine doesn´t look so nice, but it really rides great, so that´s it for me!

Any way, so many great bikes again, thanks guys!!

The Ritchey Team Comp. Great photography. Amazing frame. Put together well and with the correct parts. It's red......

This bike deserves to win.......

I was meant to take that off for the photo :D . Getting a mention in the presence of some pretty cool machines is a good comforter though. I go with the Grove, awesome.

Cheers...Nick

Like the black Klein  but the Grove edges it for me :)

The Ritchey is a fantastic bike but the Fat is really doing it for me.

Good work all.

al. :D
