It's not new dust but 'the original old dust'.. thats what makes the high value.. :)

every part of the bike is 100% original! (even the dust)
 
Asking top doller for it too. It's a late 70's At the earliest 1976 at a push I think, no earlier, but definatly a PX10 model.
There are lots that are said to be px10's on e-bay, but arn't.
