The bottom bracket will depend on the chainset you fit.
As for seatpost, I suspect it's 27.0mm - certainly that's what most Konas of that age take, although 27.2 seems to appear fairly frequently when a frame welds up with a perfectly round seat tube (normally weld distortion ovalizes the tube slightly requiring a 27.0).
