Left-hand drop-bar triple STI lever

Looking for a left-hand drop-bar STI lever that will handle a triple front mech...

...OR a Campag equivalent...

...OR a pair, preferably 8-speed...

...OR a pair of Campag 10-speed, as they'll shift on a Shimano 8-speed cassette.
