Raceface changed graphics from 95 to 96. and added "forged" under the main logo. So cranks are not older than 96.

it is very strange, I also had a lot tubines and even more but I have seen that such a square taper? yes, the old Race Face I-beam prior to '95 had the system squares. the first time I see something like this in turbine's model ....

Not Japanese exclusive - Race Face Turbine LP DH cranks were a by product of Race Face's collaboration with JT - and as the name suggests - it was basically a reinforced, less machined version of the regular Turbine LP crank - so the sides didn't have the machined grooves, and the spider was reinforced with the DH ring, plus they were slightly thicker around the taper and pedal threads for increased stiffness.
Released in 1997 I think...
 
I know its modern stuff but I'm really excited by the new race face turbine kit. I bought one of the stems and the quality looks fantastic, just debating whether to opt for a set of the turbine cranks as well.
 
I'm probably a little biased stevet1, but I'd agree with you - the new Turbine cranks are B E A U T I F U L
