wtb Columbus max FORK

Not a huge help, I know, but the Max blades and crowns are still readily available from Peter at Ceeway here in the UK (www.framebuilding.com).
I've not seen a complete fork for years , but any decent framebuider should have an account with Ceeway, and be able to make a pair for you.
I only know Darrel McCulloch in Aus http://www.llewellynbikes.com/. He sells a Max fork tubeset for $127AUD, so I'm sure he'd build up a fork for you. Not sure of the cost though...
