This is of course far from definitive but I'd say they are Campag or Campag copy (but then Dura Ace was Campag copy in that era).

I think the grease port on the front hub marks it as a Super or Nouvo Record large flange hub, suspect the rear may be large flange Gran Sport (lack of grease port).

Not sure if that helps or not!

Def not campag.... (slotted axle, cones/locknuts are all wrong, flange drilling too)

Could be so many things.

Either very old or fairly cheap.

I'm thinking along the lines of old Maillard, Airlite or something similar.

WHEELS

I think the front is French, possibly Maillard, Simplex or Prior(Maillard copy) going by the drilling and QR design and the rear is Jap - maybe Dia-Compe. The front hub will take a mirror like polish if you are going to renovate them. I had a similar pair on an old Motobecane.
The rims maybe early Mavic but I'm thinking more Wolber.

I think I can see one pair here:

And this nothing to do with it, but they are interesting:

the flanges look pressed to me, suggesting both cheap and old possibly. They don't strike me as campag or maillard (skewers are wrong). What are the bearings like - i reckon a bit of brasso/solvol should get you a nice shiny set of hubs.
