BB30

I know nothing about BB30, help educate me please.

Will it fit a conventional threaded BB shell?? do I need anything special to run it on a 'normal' frame..?

Any info gratefully received.. I'm stoopid when it comes to the modern stuff..

It is a new standard, that uses press in cups - so will not fit a standard frame.

ahh, bum, that sounds like a no-go then... :cry: All my frames have threaded BB shells..

It's not the only standard, but is a new standard (as contradictory as this seems), the same way say ISIS axles were etc, and all the headset 'standards'. Depends how you define it!
