i've added a bit more data in above post
concerning PP
i have no "gift" option in PP so paid personal payment and ticked "owed". when i saw this thread I immediately logined in PP. I wanted to open case "good not delivered" at first but has been said that it available only for @pay for goods@ option. Then i selected "unauthorised transaction". In comments i wrote about fraudulence and gave link to this thread. PP freezed account for a while, i had to change pswd and security questions. Now it's all ok, money returned but in $ not pounds.
