MacKlunker - SATURDAY 5th MAY, Postponed...

I can think of a couple of ideal places to run this, unfortunately they're both in god's country of Royal Deeside: the lower part of The Fungle by Aboyne would be perfect (and also one of the classic MTB routes of Scotland), or there's a radio mast descent just outside Ballatar on fireroads which would also be great.

happy to be a time-keeper on this one and I seem to remember the run down to the hermatige at dunkeld was fire road and sweeping bends.

Righto, I propose some time in Spring for this, it gives time for those interested to build a klunker creation and to decide on a venue.

Put your builds in here and any other relevant stuff.

I'll come up with prizes ;)

Any Englandshire or elewhere types interested feel free to join in.

Remember the frame must not originate as a mtb/atb/hybrid. No disc brakes/V-brakes/Maguras or suspension other than fat tyres and undamped springs. All components new or old must reflect pre mtb technology ;)

Team Sassanach is ready when you are. Inners/Glenners would be good from an Englandshire point of view.
