Yesterday afternoon did I see someone riding a blue racer with a large retrobikes sticker on the bottom tube on loanend looks like they were on the cycle route around 4 or 5pmish ?

No me either 
, have spotted a few retros around Paisley though, an early 90's (pretty sure a 93) red Proflex bombing along Glenburn road, also a Retro at the junction of Blackbyres road and Dykebar road, did'nt spot what that was but was steel framed, canti brakes and had Pace RC35's
