Hey Nick, I have never actually seen one of the carbon versions so difficult to say. All the following is my opinion and nothing more.
But I have seen mi80 frames (lower in the range) sell for £100-120. Yours if in good condition would be a bit more.
The Manitou 2 forks also go for about £50+ if they work well. So for just the frame and forks you could be looking at £200+
Other things I can see include Ritchey Logic cranks, £25-30.
People around here like to buy parts and projects, you may get more by dismantling and splitting, you may not.
If you know other individual parts like wheels, controls, etc do a search for them in the for sale section and it may give you an idea on other values.
