What Retro stuff have you been doing today ?

Just wondered which to build first , would be for a spring finish either way !

i think james was just looking for a excuse to post pic,s of his fat,s ,i guess the foam is covering the holes in the seat tube,s.and i think winter will start 10.45 am on 15th october

Ha ha , none taken, I will be the one laughing next Saturday when you see the route !

mmmm been a colourful day today to say the least.

Thought I would take the Cannondale out with a hired trailer for the kids
ahead of next weekends Blacks ride.

Tyres looked a little flat,so thought I would pump them off and promptly snapped the end of the presta valve off ! No problems ,brought another one at the cycle centre ( how long are modern valves ???? )

So then hired the trailer, went to fit it and noticed the cones had all come loose on the back wheel looked as if it was about to fall apart !, took it to the workshop and they repaired it there and then.

Then after a nice ride around the family trail, peeled off to the Rising Sun for a well deserved pint , up the rise, got out the saddle and BANG ! chain snapped.
Quick pint of Stowfords press and a pub side repair headed back.

Funny how everything appears to fall apart at the same time :evil:

Sounds like my kind of usual ride!! Better today than next week hey?
