Something like those on a light, rigid, 1x7 MTB? It's not like the rider's going to be competitive anyway!

Curiously thanks to cheaper Raleigh racers being built to take guards I can fit 32mm wide CX tyres into a modernish racer I have..............oh dear, what am I doing, this could hurt :roll:

Those would be smashin. If you can fit a reasonable sized ring up front I don't reckon you'd suffer too much.

think I'll definetly take in the sights on 13th Nov at Strathclyde Park. this is on the route of a 2 -3hr (depending on options) local off road route I have.

Couldn't stop myself, just bought some skinny old school ATB tyres that would make a CX mtb conversion on the cards.
