show us your elevated c/s bikes

My first e-stay will be arriving this week.

Flouro? Check!
U-brake? Check!
Chrome? Check!
Odd frame features? Check!

Woo-Hoo!

I cant help but think that one of these deserves a Gates Belt Drive.

Would solve all the problems of having to split the frame.

But, I doubt any of the frames would be stiff enough to satisfy the Gates requirements.

And, I don't see (m)any with a sliding dropout or EBB

Cheers

I agree, putting a timing belt instead of a chain in a car is a retrograde step so why is it an improvement on bikes?

They workon Harleys and Buells (and Kwak 250 Scorpions) because they take some of the harshness out of the transmission and last much longer than a chain, but I can't see the point on a bicycle?

Daf Daffodil anyone?

solution to a problem that dosen't exist

Many new 'developments' in the bike world, and the product world in general are solutions to problems that don't exist.
