Wtd: Shimano 600 Cassette 14-28

I'm currently running a 6 speed 13t-18t Shimano 600 cassette and am floundering up the hills, my bike originally came from Holland which is slightly flatter than dear old Blighty.

I'm therefore after a rear cassette that'll give me a little more 'assistance' up the inclines. At this juncture I'll consider anything that is in good nick and an improvement on my current set up.

assuming its the freewheel type (as apposed to freehub ;))

ive recently done this exact change!

i found a Shimano MF-6208 13t-30t 600ex freewheel on fleabay and have seen one other pop up for sale on there since, so they are out there

I am in need of a 7 or 8 speed screw on cassette, preferably 11-21ish..

Sorry only got a 6 speed screw on regina, 13-21. if you interested let me know.
