My 1936 Hudson Trade bike

Chrisland

Retro Newbie
I have been restoring this 1936 Hudson trade bike for nearly a year now. Well worth the effort and really fun to ride.My father in-law gave it to me as he was clearing out his garage. I think it had been restored in the past as the frame was in extremely good condition. I have resprayed it all and the only new parts I have fitted are a new free-wheel , new bottom bracket bearings and one new bearing cup , new cotter pins and four new rear wheel spokes. The tyres and tubes obviously needed replacing as they were mouse eaten and perished. The basket is not original , but was made about 20 years ago.[/img]
