Maverick Bikes ? anyone heard of them?

..you will need to remove the spacers that are inside the forks that limit the travel so the 29"er wheel doesn't hit the underside of the crown

Pretty easy to do, check the Maverick site for fitting instuctions on the 29"er kit and just reverse it, 10 min job with the right tools

Might need to remove a little oil also but I would see how you find them once the spcers are out and take it from there, loads of tuning tips on the Maverick site

Oh yes, build the hub into a smaller wheel or why not try an 29"er front end, you might like it :)

Thanks for that. hub is unbuilt- need to build a wheel anyway.....

Got 3 29'ers already....... I do have a spare 650b front wheel i might try tho......

IIRC the Palomino a short travel bike with a 4" fork and the DUC32 will lift the front end quite a bit. The DUC has a 520mm A-C where 4" forks are 470-480? With that amount of extra A-C I would not go for the bigger wheel as well.

Enjoy!!
